1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Habito: Habit Formation Tracker ("Habito", "the App", or "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Habito on your personal mobile devices in accordance with the rules set forth in Apple's App Store Terms of Service and Google Play Terms of Service.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Habito offers optional Pro features available via one-time Lifetime purchase or recurring subscription (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Habito is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive to maintain top-tier software quality, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every hardware device.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant updates will be noted on this website and in the app's release changelog.
